We work on a simple weekly flat fee or 7.5%, with no other charges or add-ons.
We won’t add a fee to trade invoices, there is no monthly Admin fee.
There is no charge for inspections, photos or use of our Owner and Tenant Portals.
Our Management Style
We care for your property as we do our own. We ensure you are getting the best possible market rent for your property. We conduct open homes and private showings, meet, interview and screen all potential tenants. We then select the best tenants for your property.
We complete all those annoying forms and documentation, according to the Residential Tenancies Act for you.
We collect all bond and rent so you can sit back and enjoy letting the money come to you. We monitor and keep track of rent payments and make disbursements.
We undertake rent reviews at least annually, and ensure your properties rents remains appraised at its best possible value.
We carry out inspections every 3 months, or as agreed with you.
We Issue monthly statements and any invoices paid.
We offer advice and expertise on how to prepare and present your property to achieve the best return.
