    Marketing Your Property


    We market your property on our Website, Trade Me, Homes.co.nz, utilise our tenant database, community and organisation relationships.

    We conduct open homes and private viewings.

    We meet and interview all potential tenants, selecting the most suitable applicants for your property.

    Legal & Insurance Compliance

    We undertake and document Credit, Background and Reference Checks.

    We complete all documentation in line with the Residential Tenancies Act.

    We manage rent collection, bonds, maintenance and repairs, healthy homes compliance, and official notices.

    Communication & Portals

    Owners can view statements, balances, inspection reports and files via their portal.

    Tenants can access agreements, work orders, and submit repairs online.

    Ongoing Oversight

    We carry out pre and post tenancy inspections and regular inspections every three months.

    We track and manage rent, maintenance, rent arrears.

    We review rent annually.

    Healthy Homes Compliance

    We carry out Healthy Homes Standards compliance checks and document this as required by the Residential Tenancies Act.

    As part of the Healthy Homes Standards we arrange free insulation, ground vapour barrier and heating assessments, as required.

    Disbursements

    We complete disbursements to owners, and issue statements, on the 15th and Last day of each month.

    We issue annual statements detailing all income, costs and expenses.
